Ordering Information and FAQ

Ordering Process:

1. Fill and submit the order form.
2. You will receive a mail from MarinoBike in order to confirm the order.
3. A payment of 50% must be sent before we start working on the order.
4. Pictures of the building process will be sent until it's finished.
5. The rest of the payment will be completed and the order will be shipped.

The building process may take from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the order.

Warranty:

All Marino Frames are warranted against manufacturing and material defects for 6 months.
